Phase 1: We have a short initial conversation to get to know each other on the phone. Phase 2: Our second call is an interactive discussion where you tell us your business goals (this helps create a specific plan for you to succeed). Phase 3: Our third call is when we start to coach you on the specific business areas where you need the most help. We admit that my time is limited so we will schedule exact times and days to talk (when it's convenient for both of us). The investment in being privately coached by me and my executive team is $250.00 per hour, with a 10 Hour Minimum (of course I provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee). With a HOA Profit Gurus VIP Membership, Coaching Rates are $195 per hour with a 10 Hour Minimum.
